Dude of the Week: John Spyteck

This week's Dude of the Week is WILD. On Friday the whole football world believed that Maxx Crosby was traded to the Baltimore Ravens. As I am writing this we just found out that the Ravens backed out of the trade. We will have a full article below on this whole entire sequence of events. But I do not want this to overshine the absolute masterclass that John Spyteck has put on this week. First off, John Spyteck is one of the sickest names ever. But other than a sick name this man has been spending MONEYYYYYY. Every shitty team should look at what the Raiders have done this off season. Taking the Crosby trade out of it. These are the Raider’s additions:

-C Tyler Linderbaum: 3 year/$81M

- LB Quay Walker: 3 year/$40.5M

- LB Nakobe Dean: 3 year/$36M

- WR Jalen Nailor: 3 year/$35M

- DE Kwity Paye: 3 year/$48M

- CB Eric Stokes: 3 year/$30M

- DE Malcolm Koonce: 1 year/$11M

I mean this team has turned around completely. Unfortunately too he will not be able to get the original offer of two first round picks (2026, 2027). But this dude Spyteck has been spending money on the right moves. We will see who the Raiders draft 1 overall (definitely Mendoza) but this team on paper has completely turned around. John Spyteck congrats on a great free agency and also more importantly, this week’s Dude of the Week.

The Time Has Finally Come: St. Patrick’s Day

One of the best weekends of the year is finally upon us. If you have an issue with us slamming green beers on the 14th instead of the 17th, hit the road, buddy.

Why do we celebrate this holiday so hard in the USA? Honestly, couldn’t tell ya. Most people probably couldn’t.

Would a simple Google search solve this? Yes… but there’s no fun in that. There’s fun in waking up absurdly early on a Saturday, tossing on every piece of green clothing we own, and boozing our balls off.

Everyone have a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day celebration, crush lots of green beers, and stay safe.🍀 🤝

Scummy Ravens

This news is RED HOT. The trade involving the Las Vegas Raiders sending Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens is officially off. This is wild; I do not know if we have ever seen anything like this in the NFL before. At first, it makes the Ravens look bad, but then you read into the details and realize it makes them look TERRIBLE.

I do not care what happened in that physical. The Ravens continue doing "Ravens things." Crosby apparently did not have the best physical, but from what I have read, many GMs believe this was a scummy move by Ravens management. I do not care if Maxx Crosby walked into the office cross-eyed, you honor your word and move forward with the trade. Even if the Ravens didn’t think Crosby would be ready for Week 1, he is a generational talent.

The Ravens also deserve an F for this free agency period. They failed to re-sign their star center (Tyler Linderbaum) to protect Lamar, made no other significant moves, and then rescinded their trade agreement with the Raiders. This is not the first time the Ravens have pulled something like this.

Update: I didn't finish the article last night, so we just learned that the Ravens are signing Trey Hendrickson. This is a disgrace to the league. The Ravens also had Maxx Crosby and his family in the building while also trying to sign Trey Hendrickson. They saw an opportunity to give up less capital and decided to sacrifice their reputation for it. The Ravens are frauds and do not deserve to be in the prestigious AFC North.

Mark DeRosa: Shit for Brains

Thanks to Italy defeating Mexico, USA will advance in the World Baseball Classic (that has been electric so far).

However, this should not take away from the fact that the manager of USA, Mark DeRosa, was completely unaware that the team had not clinched a spot in the next round, before losing a critical game 8-6 against Italy. You have one job, Mark. Not to mention, Mark has never managed an MLB team. I don’t know how this guy has the job.

USA will play Canada on Friday Night.

Bam Adebayo: Should be Ashamed

Last night Bam Adebayo scored 83 points—second most in NBA history—against the Wizards, and it may have been the biggest joke of a basketball performance I’ve ever seen. This fucking guy scores 43 in the first half and has everyone in the building thinking he’s going for Kobe’s 81. The man shot 41 free throws and scored 34 of his 83 points from the line. The Heat started fouling the Wizards intentionally so they could get the ball back and then just force it to Bam. Good for Bam for scoring 83, because that’s not easy, but the fashion he did it in was just disrespectful. Kobe and the Lakers were down in that game against the Raptors; the Heat were up by damn near 40.

Market Recap

Media distribution softened slightly across platforms following several strong weeks, though audience growth remained steady. Revenue held near recent highs, showing continued merchandise demand. The departure of the team’s editor introduces short-term operational pressure, though several upcoming content opportunities and event activations could help restore momentum.

Analyst Outlook

Neutral → Bullish bias.
Short-term distribution may remain uneven as the team adjusts internally. However, upcoming activations—including live filming opportunities and St. Patrick’s Day content—present clear catalysts for renewed reach and engagement.
